The bill (Reg. No. 8217) amends the Tax and the Budget Codes of Ukraine, the Code on Administrative Infringements, and the Law "On the Use of Cash Registers in the Sphere of Trade, Public Catering and Services" to regulate the issues that arose further to application of the Tax Code of Ukraine.
Under the bill, the procedure of tax guarantees´ issue is fixed by the central body of the state revenue service by consent of the National Bank of Ukraine. The order of tax guarantees´ registration is set by the central body of the state revenue service.
